Come take the fizzbook for a spin

Netbook:

The hand-held durable device has been built to withstand the classroom environment, compact and light-weight, whilst still powerful enough to provide students with software optimised for education.

Its 10.1 inch screen is large enough to display complex activities and its spinning functionality makes it simple to share content with others. The fizzbook has passed a 50cm drop test and also has a water resistant keyboard, so it should survive the normal rough and tumble of a classroom.

E-Book:

Rather than purchasing a separate device, the Fizzbook Spin can be turned into an e-book with all the necessary software included as standard. 

Using the rotating screen to turn the Fizzbook to tablet mode means pupils can then use the device with its 10.1 inch screen to read text clearly. This functionality is complemented by an in built accelerometer, which rotates the screen so it is always the right way up for the person looking at it.

Touch Tablet:

The tablet mode means the Fizzbook Spin is useable away from a desk. Clicking and scrolling can be done with your fingertips and the built in palm rejection allows pupils to rest their hand on the touch screen without activating it or destroying work. For more detailed entry there is a built-in stylus.

Onboard handwriting recognition works for all applications, and gives you options for joined-up or printed handwriting, or if required a virtual keyboard. The inbuilt accelerometer ensures the information on screen is always correctly displayed.
